The Lofts

Baldwin Lofts offers its residents a metropolitan experience in a dynamic urban center.

Baldwin Lofts features 12 rental lofts ranging in size from 700 to 1,400 square feet. While many of the lofts are similar in size and layout, each loft maintains its own unique character. The lofts show off touches from the building’s past—elevator wells and metal fire doors make an appearance in several of the lofts. Underfoot, some residents have restored hardwood floors, while others have original stained concrete floors.

Baldwin Lofts has soaring ceilings throughout. On the north side, oversized windows offer a view of Main Street, with its charming row of buildings and a pleasant city park. The southern-facing lofts have windows are far as the eye can see, and overlook the ballpark of the famous Durham Bulls, the renovated American Tobacco Campus and the tree lined horizon beyond.
