Are Baldwin Lofts for sale?

No, Baldwin lofts are rental only. Please visit www.durhamkress.com for information on purchasing a downtown condominium.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in each loft?

Baldwin Lofts features open floor plans. Living, sleeping and dining space in the main room allow you to customize your space. Each loft has a bathroom and ample storage space.

What appliances come with each loft?

Each loft includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, heating and a/c with individual controls, track lighting, washer/dryer connections and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer packages are available for additional monthly fee.

Are there furnished lofts?

All lofts are unfurnished.

Is Baldwin Lofts handicap accessible?

Baldwin Lofts is an Equal Housing Opportunity residential community, and handicapped accessible apartments are available.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome small and medium sized pets at no additional charge.

Is there convenient parking?

One parking spot is provided for each loft. Parking is located directly behind the building in a city-owned gated surface lot. Residents can access the building from the parking area.

What is the building security like?

The building has secure entry via a keypad.

What kind of Internet service is available?

Internet service is provided by Verizon.

How much are the application fees and deposits?

We require a $35 application fee, and a minimum of one month�s rent as a deposit.

What is the term of the lease?

Leases are usually not less than 12 months. Bonuses may be offered for longer leases.

How much is the rent?

Rents range from $850 to $1,750 per month. Visit us to see available lofts, or contact us to request detailed information.

Are any utilities are included in the rent?

Water is included in your rent.

Is Baldwin Lofts on the bus line?

Residents are a short walk away from the DATA downtown bus terminal. Buses go to Duke University and Duke University Medical Center, and throughout the city. TTA buses and shuttles travel to Research Triangle Park and the airport.
